BsnTech Networks has implemented new network & temperature monitoring of the servers.  The network monitoring will send requests every ten seconds to the opposite server to ensure that it is up.  If a series of six requests are not returned (a total of one minute), the administrator is notified by a text message to the cell phone.

In addition, temperature monitors have been placed on the servers as well.  If the temperature of the server gets over a specified amount, a text message is sent to the administrator's cell phone to warn of this condition.  This will provide assistance when environmental conditions may hamper performance on the server.

Network outage logs will be maintained on the BsnTech Networks website which will indicate the date, time, server, downtime, and the cause of the outage.
