Ms. Evette contacted us a few weeks ago about her interest in having a website created.  After several phone conversations with her, we explained everything completely to her.  She later discovered that she had two websites online already – but had no idea who had created them, where they were hosted, and whether or not they would expire when the domain names expire in less than a year.

In other words, she had two previous website designers that have lost contact with her and haven’t provided any support or information regarding her websites.

After working with Ms. Evette over the phone, she was completely pleased with our response and how well we explained everything to her.  She opted to go with the route of having us host her website, get a new domain name for her, and then make a copy of one of her existing websites and put it online for her.  She was concerned about her losing her website, so we did our best to preserve it.

This also saved her considerable cost as well.  Instead of creating a new psychic website design for her, we simply made a copy of the one she already had and set it up.  She was very cost conscious and wanted to keep the costs as low as possible.

We had Ms. Evette’s payment taken and her website copied and fully online within two hours of each other!  When we get an order for website services, we work as quickly as possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Ms. Evette was so pleased that she has already gave out our information to a few of her contacts and let them know to contact us if they need any kind of affordable website design!

Nikki Brayden contacted us about two weeks ago to make her a website.  She is a comedian up in the Chicago area.  She put a request in on our website asking to have a site designed and then called and left us a voicemail.  We promptly returned her phone call, understood what her needs were, and then she placed her order the same day.

Nikki made it clear that she wanted to have some kind of website up and running by August 5th – which was just a few short days after her order was placed.

We put together a design for her website and put the information on the site that was imperative to have on there.  Once that was finished, we then added a couple of add-on features to the site.

Nikki now has full access to her site to make changes and update it as she needs to!

Several months ago, we were contacted by Chris at First Sun to create a website.  Chris let us know that he wanted to have a very professional website for his company and he was more concerned about the quality over price.  BsnTech gave this lead to one of our freelancers and they created a website that Chris was very happy with.

The website took about three months to fully complete with the changes and update requests, but our freelancer got the job done!  Chris also let us know that they were very happy with the web designer that there may be two or three other website design projects that they would be awarding our freelancer.

Trey Douglas contacted us a few weeks ago inquiring about website design services.  Our ad caught his eye since we offer low-cost website design services starting at $125.

Trey gave us a full listing of questions and things to answer.  We promptly provided the information he requested.  In the meantime, he also solicited bids and information from two other design companies as well.  In the end, Trey chose us after he indicated that he was “heavily” leaning our way after we answered his questions in a complete and responsive manner.

Once Trey paid the deposits, we got started on his affordable website design right away.  We had the content and material up in a few days – then it took a few days to go through and make the changes he wanted to his website.

Previously, we created a website for a homeowner’s association in Hilton Head, SC.  The individual that contacted us to make the site was very happy with our work along with our responsiveness to any questions and updates.  Therefore, she had us create a website for a friend of hers.  The website is Rambler’s Life.  It is a website for an artist that crosses the country counting on those that are helpful with giving hearts.  She writes stories, writes books, and creates artwork during her time.

This website is dedicated to her and her stories.

We are very pleased that we were contacted again to create another website.  That shows our continuous support from our current customers and the quality of the affordable websites that we create.

Tom Ogren has been a great customer to BsnTech Networks.  He has also referred another customer to us – and just recently, we added another customer as well.  Him along with a team of individuals started a non-profit organization in California – Safe Gardening.  They are attempting to spread the word about using plants and trees that help allergy sufferers.  Planting male trees causes a large amount of pollen and therefore poses a threat to allergy sufferers.

We appreciate the continued business that Tom has provided us – especially through his referrals of others in his field looking to have websites created for their organizations.  It is also a testament to how our customers respond to our service offerings and efficient attention to their needs.

The Central Florida Accordion Club contacted one of our freelancers – Dan Cassel – to create a new website for them.  They were using a website that was highly outdated and very difficult to update over with Yahoo.  Back in December, a member of the Central Florida Accordion Club spoke with Dan about creating a new website for them.

After the culmination of seven months, their website has been fully completed and launched!  This was a very large project with dozens of pages, a members-only area, a Flash-based media player, amongst many other add-ons and features.

Dan did a great job and met the expectations of the club and met with them on several occasions to ensure the website was progressing as they wanted.

BsnTech Networks has completed another affordable website design for Body Shop Fitness based in Le Mars, IA.  The owner, John, contacted us a few weeks back to create a website for his business.  He provided a logo that was already made along with several pictures and a brochure.

We took the information and brochure and setup a low-cost website design for him.  After changing around a few pictures today, we’ve now completed the site and he is happy with the results.

At BsnTech, we understand that the economy is tough and especially when you are a small business owner, it is hard to compete with other large corporations to stay afloat.  Almost all of our customers are just starting out and need to have a website designed.  Others already have a website and are looking to just have a few changes done – or to have a completely new website designed.  Our rates are still very low and we’ve not raised our prices for website design since we started 13 years ago.  That is how to beat inflation!

Al – the owner of the United Real Estate Managers Assocation – has worked with us in the past for some website updates and maintenance he has needed.  This past week, he also returned to us again for some more work.

Recently, his hosting provider upgraded the MySQL systems that they used.  In essence, they forced all of their customers to update to the new version of MySQL – or else their database(s) would cease to work.

This is what happened with Al.  He told us that the hosting provider upgraded from MySQL 4.x to MySQL 5.x and because of this, the login capabilities and other database functions of his website stopped working.

Upon getting into the file-level access of his site, we saw that the previous designer made a huge mess of the programming on the site.  There was probably two or three copies of the site that were installed throughout the file manager – but we didn’t delete or change anything just to be sure.  Instead, we had to update 50+ files that contained the database information so that his website would begin to interface with the new database.

Although it took us quite a bit longer to make the requested changes, we provided Al an estimate for the work and we stuck with the price.

Al was exceptionally pleased with our fast turn-around and the thorough nature of our services.  Once we made the changes to his website, we then ensured that all of his search functionality and login functionality was working propery after the change.

Jeff – the owner of the Western Michigan Junior Gold Tour website – contacted us last week.  He inquired about having us change some items on his current website.  His current website is hosted with another provider – and he had someone create the website for him a while ago.

Jeff told us that he talked to a few other website design people and none of them were interested in helping him out.  Jeff said that the other website designers made him feel like they were too busy to be bothered to make the changes that Jeff requested.

Here at BsnTech Networks, we were very happy to help Jeff with his website maintenance needs.  He did need very few changes – and we provided him a very great, affordable rate for his website maintenance.

Jeff was very pleased and noted “Awesome, 3 cheers for Brian, hip hip hurray, hip hip hurray, hip hip hurray!”.  Jeff later went on to say “Now if I would have used you for the first time, we woulda been done long ago.”

We are hoping that in the future, he will have us fully create a new website for him and bring it under our highly reliable hosting servers.  He currently is paying his other provider twice what our cost is per month for website hosting – so it will take him a little over 18 months to start saving money each month after the quote we provided him to create a new website for him.
