Jeff emailed us about our logo design services about two weeks ago. He completed the logo questionnaire for his business – Apex Cloud Solutions.

We then needed to discuss the logo in more depth with him and he indicated more information over the phone that was necessary to get started on the work.

Several days ago, four logo examples were supplied to Jeff. Right away he chose one of the logo examples.

A slight issue was found with the logo after payment and Jeff brought it to our attention.  Our designer fixed the issue within 24 hours and sent the updated logo to Jeff.

Kenny, a current customer of BsnTech, returned to us asking for a very simple website for a new business he started – 4 State Billboards.

He already had a brochure created for his business and wanted a website that demonstrated the same information – at least for now until the business grows.

Upon receiving the information, we had the website completed and running within two days.

Kenny also runs Valley Industrial Battery which we provide service for as well.

Nick emailed us several months ago asking about our website design service.  He was ready to get started on the site but then the COVID-19 pandemic occurred and he needed to delay his website project.

Nick is an artist and wanted to get a website created to showcase his works and be able to accept payments via PayPal.

Once he was on better footing, he called us and we discussed his website project again and provided an updated estimate since a few things changed in those few months.

We began on the website right away.  He sent over pictures of his works along with their descriptions over a week and we completed the website.

Alan, a current customer of BsnTech, called about a month ago.  He recalled that he had us create a logo and website for his prior business, Perfectly Clean, and wanted to hire us again to create a website and logo for his new business, 5 Star Lawn Sprinkler Service.  He initially called to get a cost estimate.

After about two weeks, he called back and was ready to have us get started on the work.  He only needed a simple three-page website with mobile device compatibility.  Once we received the information needed, we had the website completed the same day.

Jennifer contacted us several weeks ago asking about our website design services.  Their organization, Midwest Acupuncture and Pain Treatment Center, had a website with Hibu for quite a while but they were ready to move away from them.

Jennifer indicated they wanted to try and reproduce the current website as close as possible by converting it to WordPress and put it in their own website hosting account.  At first, they had another entity attempt to do the transition but it was not successful.

After supply Jennifer some information on our reviews, references, and our down payment information, she believed it was a great choice to have BsnTech assist with the work.

Upon receiving the necessary information to start, we had the 18-page website reproduced in WordPress within four business days.  There were some delays with determining where the domain name was registered at, but it was found today and the necessary changes completed so the site is live.

Tammie, the owner of Inkspill, emailed us a couple of weeks ago needing a logo created.  We supplied our information on our logo design services including turn-around time, costs, and what is provided to them.

Tammie completed the logo questionnaire and was very specific on the logo that she wanted.  With that information, our logo designer was able to complete the initial mock-up designs for her in half the time it usually takes to complete the logo.

The designs were presented and Tammie liked three of the logos and wanted to have a copy of each.  We discounted the two additional logos since no additional work was required and she was very happy with the result and our pricing.

Kenny, a current customer of BsnTech, reached out to us with a need for a logo design.  He has a new business called “4 State Billboards” and needed a logo created.  He initially was having another entity completing the logo design but something didn’t work out with them.

Therefore, he completed the logo questionnaire with us, provided us an example of what he was looking for, and we got started quickly.  Our logo designer provided initial mock-up designs to Kenny within just a few days of receiving the order.

Kenny approved one logo right away and no modifications were needed.

Kory, a previous customer of BsnTech Networks, referred one of his business counterparts to us – Aaron.  Aaron is a doctor and owner of the Emerald Coast Regenerative Medicine business in Crestview, FL.

A general idea and setup was sent to us initially so we understood what Aaron was looking for.

Over the course of several months, Aaron had a full schedule and we worked around his timeframe.  As he sent us information, we added it within 24 to 48 hours.

We had some issues with the chosen theme/template because it was not working properly in mobile view.  We had to change the template and fully modify a new template to match the original one as closely as possible.

Today, Aaron has approved the website and it is launched!

Sergio, the owner of Done Right Lawn & Home Maintenance, reached out to us in Mid-April needing help with getting a website created.  We previously wrote a post about the completion of a logo design for Sergio.

Today, we are posting about the completion of the website.  As Sergio sent us information to put on the website and pictures to add into his gallery, we added them quickly to his page.

We communicated with Sergio today to see what other updates and changes he may want.  At this time, he was ready for the website to be completed and asked for access to the website so he could make changes in the future.

Jamie, the owner of The Cottage, reached out to us at the beginning of May asking about our website design services.  Initially, she was concerned about doing business remotely and wanted someone locally that she could work with.

We explained to Jamie what our process was and that made her feel more comfortable with allowing us to help with her website needs.  She went through our website portfolio and found a website that she really liked and wanted hers to be setup similar to.

The work on her site began right away.  We awaited for the initial pictures for the homepage and the text information while we also were configuring the eCommerce capabilities of the site.

After some modifications and phone calls for assistance, Jamie has now taken over her site and is adding products!

We are glad that Jamie chose to partner with us on her website design and website hosting needs and are glad that she received exactly the website she wanted.
