Johnnie, the owner of Unified Custom Apparel, reached out to us a couple of weeks ago needing help with his website.  He had a prior company create the site for him but it took them a very long time to create the site and stopped providing support to him.  Therefore, he was looking for someone else that could help him get the website up and running and open to take orders.

We worked with Johnnie directly with a consultation to answer questions he had about managing his website and configuring the site to work properly.  During this period, he opted to have us also host his website and get an SSL certificate for the site so he could take credit/debit cards directly on the website as the preferred method of customer payments.

Johnnie was also provided our video tutorials to help assist with getting his products setup and loaded properly.

Stina, an associate of the Jeremy Thomas Quartet, contacted us Friday morning. She was in need of having some changes made to their website right away.  There needed to be some videos added, events changed, pictures updated, and more.

Stina was concerned about how quickly we could get the changes done for them.  Once the information was received, we had the majority of the changes completed within just a couple of hours.  A few modifications later and everything was wrapped up by the close of business the same day.

Charles reached out to us over the weekend and asked for us to give him a call about website design needs.

We called him back and discussed his requirements.  He owns Atlas Bailbonds and needed to have a simple website put together for customers.  In addition, he chose to ensure the website was mobile friendly/compatible but no other features were needed.

Once we received the information from him, we got started on the site and had it completed within the day.  Today, the site has been done and approved!

Greg from Haslet Elite Learning Center contacted us in need of a logo design.  They are opening a new learning center for children in Haslet, TX and wanted to get the ball rolling with a logo to start printing materials.

The logo designer from BsnTech Networks presented Greg with four completely different mock-up ideas for logos.  Greg responded with the logo he liked the best and a few modifications to colors and styling was completed until it was perfected.

The logo is now completed and he is looking for an estimate on a website design next!

Rene, the owner of San Andreas Custom Homes in Las Cruces, contacted us a few weeks back to create a logo for their business.

Our logo designer worked with Rene through a few mock-up designs.  In about a week’s time, the logo was fully completed and approved.

Tom contacted us a couple of weeks ago.  He reached out to us a few years ago to make another simple website for him, which he no longer has.  Luck had it that he made one contact to a web designer – and it was us!

Tom needed another very simple, one-page website created for his business BeagleNose.  Once we received the information from Tom, we had the page up and running within about an hour.  A couple of changes were made and the website is now live!

John, the owner of Those Ink Guys, sent an email to us several weeks ago about updating his website.  He had created a very simple website using a proprietary website builder that had just a little bit of text and a few pictures on it.  He also had an email account with the provider as well.

John was wanting to get a site that was still pretty simple – but have more pages with promotions and contact information.

The site was setup and completed within just a few hours.  Down the road, John will have other changes and updates ready for the site but he was ready to make it live and get away from the one-page site he made before.

We also assisted John with setting up his email account by doing a remote computer session with him.  We wanted to ensure there wasn’t any issues with getting his email setup on his computer so he was ready to go.

Bonnie, one of the owners of Manistee Farms, contacted us a couple of months ago asking for help creating a website.  They already had a customer base but wanted to try and branch out to selling online for a wider customer base.

We provided Bonnie our itemized estimate for the website based on what they needed and she was ready to get started on the site right away.

About a week later, we were supplied the info to get started on the site.  We had the initial work done within 48 hours of this being received.  A couple more weeks of small changes and product additions occurred.

Bonnie notes that there are most likely a few more products that needs added to the site, but we were ready to launch the site and get it ‘open for business’.

Shawn Miller, the owner of Lugnut4x4, has been a customer of ours for several years.  In addition, he has also referred many clients to us over the years as well.  BsnTech has been managing and updating the website for Lugnut4x4 during this time while the site was hosted at a different provider.

On Friday, Shawn reached out to us and let us know that he changed the hosting service to another provider that touted the performance of their servers.  Shawn has been optimizing his website and doing several things to increase the search engine rankings for it – and this was one of the changes to help with that.

We did several tests on the new server and found out that it was actually slower to respond and load the website than it was at his prior company.  His prior company was charging him $39 a month for hosting and the new hosting provider was $29 a month – which included the SSL security certificate.

We knew we could do better.  So his website was placed on one of our test hosting accounts and we compared the differences.  The biggest difference was the ‘time to first byte’.  His new provider was at almost three seconds to pull down the start of the site.  With our servers – it was under a second.

We continued to optimize the site by fixing some very large images that were on his website that totaled over six megabytes by themselves.  This was reduced to about one megabyte in size which greatly helped load time as well.

After the work we put in, Shawn opted to have us host his website since our speeds were better than both of the providers he had tried.  Now, the site loads at least twice as fast as it did before with better metrics.  Even better – he saved a significant amount with our price averaging $16.67 monthly for website hosting including an SSL certificate.

Shawn has been a great customer for several years and we are glad that we could maximize the performance of his website while saving him almost $23 a month on his hosting services.  The website is at lugnut4x4.com.

Chad from Diversified Computer Services reached out to us and referred a new customer to us, Andrea at Equipment AC, LLC.

Andrea was also familiar with another site we did for a company – JW Jones Company.  She is in the same business as them with large equipment sales.

She requested to have a simple site with the ability to add a product catalog.  Once we received the needed info from her, we got started on the site and had it done within 24 hours!

The site has now been approved and she is ready to start adding her items to the site.
