Ken from Shoreline Investigations in Thousand Oaks, CA contacted us yesterday about some website assistance.

He needed a very simple change completed on his site.  On his homepage, there was a link to an Assignment Form that was not working.  After we looked at his site further, we found that the link in his main navigation was working properly.  Therefore, only the link on the homepage needed updated.

In addition to the request for help, he informed us that he was shopping around for a new website hosting provider.  He was hosting his website with Earthlink, but they were charging him $32 per month for this service.

We explained to Ken that we could provide him website hosting on our platform and include his e-mail address for less than a third of the cost he was paying Earthlink.  In addition, we were happy to fix the issue on his homepage at no extra cost if he had us host the site.

This morning, he proceeded with having us take care of this.  We setup the hosting account, fixed the issue on his homepage, and everything was completed by noon.  He will be calling Earthlink on Sunday to cancel his website hosting services with them and immediately start saving 66% on his yearly hosting costs.

Louis, the owner of Town & Country Stump Removal, contacted us a few weeks asking about our low cost website design.

Louis already purchased a domain name and setup a hosting account with another provider.  We ensured that the account he setup was a hosting account and not a proprietary website builder account.

Louis was looking for just a very simple site – more for providing potential customers verification that he was a business and to show locations he serves.

The majority of the website was completed within a day of him placing his order.  Pictures were changed out a few days later and an additional page added to explain the reasons to remove stumps on a customer’s property.

Louis’s website is now complete and published!

Sunny contacted us a few months ago about website and logo design services.  She was opening up a new salon and spa in Mechanicsburg, PA – AKS Salon.

Sunny placed an order with us for the website and logo.  She sent in the details for what she wanted with the logo design quickly and our graphic designer completed the logo for her within a week of the request.

After this, Sunny got very busy with the business and had other things to take care of.  A few weeks ago, she contacted us back and was ready to get the website completed.  She provided us with the needed information to get the site completed.

Today, we have published the website and it is now live!

Loretta and Stan contacted us a few weeks ago about our website design services.  They saw the posts that we do on our Facebook page of the websites we’ve created along with our high rating from other customers, so they wanted to see how we could help them.

They needed a website for a home inspection service covering the Brevard County, Florida area.  After providing them with a fully itemized estimate, they were ready to get started on the site a couple of weeks later.

We spoke with Loretta and Stan last Friday (December 30th) and they placed their order to get the site started.  Today, even over a holiday weekend, BsnTech Networks delivered and the website has been fully completed to their satisfaction.

Initially, the majority of the website was done by Saturday the 31st.  After a few e-mail exchanges of some requested changes, everything was done.

Victor contacted us last week to get a logo created for his business.  He was immediately ready to start and had an idea of what he wanted.

Our logo designer worked on the logo and had a few mock-up designs to him with a few days.  Victor liked one that he made and requested a couple of small modifications to it.

The logo was completed and approved yesterday!

Jay contacted us in mid-November asking to create a logo for their hunting group. He provided specific drawings of ideas that they were looking for.

Our logo designer provided a mock-up design to Jay initially – and then some additional drawings were provided to help steer the logo design. We then provided two additional mock-up designs and Jay was ecstatic with one of them – with just a few small modifications.

The logo has been completed and Jay plans to have it printed on shirts for their club.

Jay further noted that he was extremely impressed with our customer service and said:

Carol, the owner of Balanced Body and Wellness, contacted us about a month or more ago to have a logo created. Upon the creation of the logo and the service we provided, she wanted to also have us assist with her website needs.

Carol already purchased a domain name and setup hosting at the WordPress.com website. However, after working with her more, she opted to have the domain name transferred to us along with the website hosting.

Once this was completed, we got the majority of Carol’s website done within 24 hours. After some modifications, the website was completed and made live today.

Neil, the owner of Custom Blind Service, contacted us a few weeks ago about some website needs. Primarily, he wanted to add a statement at the top of his website with a special offer he had for new customers.

After the holidays, he got back with us and said he was ready to move forward with the placement of the statement at the top of his website.

During our communications, he also expressed concerns about his prior website designer and if they ‘cleaned up shop’ with the site. When he searched for his site in Google, he found that some of his links coming up were still pointing to his old website, which should have been removed.

Neil did reach back out to his prior web person and they backed up the old website – which effectively removed those pages from the Internet. However, if someone were to go and do a search, the pages were now coming up as “404 Not Found”. This isn’t good – because it could deter potential customers and cause them to think he went out of business.

The first order of business was to get the statement added to the top of the site. It was placed under his menu navigation to ensure maximum visibility on all pages of his website.

After this was completed, we then had to do some work to make his individual town pages more search-engine friendly. They were initially only setup as “Bethesda” as a title of the page (as an example). We changed it to “Bethesda MD Custom Blinds”. This was done on all 16 of his town web pages.

Once this was done, the website needed to have links pointing to these pages for the search engines to find. We created a new drop-down menu in his navigation that says “Locations Served” and added links to each of those town pages.

And finally, we completed the whole process by putting in “redirects” from his old web pages to the new town web pages. By doing so, if someone were to click on one of the old links still showing up in the search results, they would be automatically redirected to the new web page for that town – instead of getting a “Not Found” error message.

Daniela was referred to us by another customer of ours about getting a simple website created.

She simply wanted a site that would have a poster of an event they have coming up – with the ability to link to Eventbrite for online ticketing.

Once we received the poster and the Eventbrite link, we had Daniela’s website completed within 24 hours.

Tom, the owner of Classic Signs out of San Luis Obispo, CA, contacted us this week about a simple website design.

We provided pricing for our web hosting and design services. After receiving this information, Tom indicated he had a previous website and it was available at the Wayback Machine to look at. He noted that he essentially wanted to see if it was possible to have the website restored.

Once we saw the site, we provided him an updated price quote. We were able to ‘restore’ the website using the information from the Wayback Machine.

In less than 24 hours, we had the website up and running for him – just exactly how it was before his prior hosting company went out of business.
