Brad, the owner of Sun River Rental in Augusta, MT, contacted us earlier this week asking about website design.  Right away, he let us know that he was very impressed with the level of information that we provided on our website and our video tutorials that allowed customers to manage and update their own websites.

For this reason, he said that our business was ‘very well organized’ and had ‘great pricing’ and so he placed his order with us right away for a simple website.

Brad then sent us the information the next day.  We started on the site and had it ready for his viewing within 48 hours.

After a few changes, we have now launched his website and it is active!

Ron, a representative of the Illinois Horse Fair, contacted us a couple weeks back to discuss a new website for their organization. After about a week of getting other quotes and determining who they would select, they chose BsnTech because of our pricing and because we were local.

Ron provided us the information over the course of a week and we got the website up and running quickly.  They decided to have us create the design of the site, setup a slideshow, setup social networking integration, a newsletter subscription, and a link to their ticketing provider.  We also setup three pages for them and setup about 19 other “shell” pages.  This allows them to go in and add their own content to each of the pages which kept their costs lower.

BsnTech Networks was contacted by Rich, the owner of Light Pros, several weeks ago.  Rich has chosen BsnTech to provide maintenance and update services to his eCommerce store.  In addition, he has also had us take care of his marketing and newsletter requirements going forward as well.

During the past several weeks, many updates were made to Rich’s website.  Dozens of products have been added and removed from the website.  Special promotions have been ran, changes to images and his slideshow have been completed, in addition to a re-working of his categories to make it easier for his customers to find what they are looking for.

In the past three weeks, he has also had us manage his marketing e-mails and send out e-mails to over 11,000 subscribers on his mailing lists.  He has us create and send out one e-mail each week with special deals and promotions.

We appreciate the business that Rich has given us over the past several weeks and look forward to a long-term relationship managing his website!

Chuck, the owner of Be Yoga Decatur, contacted BsnTech a few months back in regards to having a website designed for him.

His website has been online for quite some time, but he has been sending us information over a long period for his website.  Today, we made the decision to go ahead and let our customers and potential customers know that we have made the website.

Chuck will be one of our customers that will need website maintenance work done to his site on an ongoing basis due to the nature of his business.

LeRoy, the owner of D-One Ready, contacted us last week in order to get a website created. He wanted to have the ability to sell products and t-shirts regarding the D-One Ready mentaility.

LeRoy moved very quickly to provide us the information needed to get his site online and fully completed.  Today, we received the final updates and he has approved of the site!

Matt, the owner of Just 4 Play Games, contacted our web design freelancer a few weeks back about re-creating their website.  He originally made a website through WIX but he wasn’t happy with the functionality that was available with WIX.

During the proposal, our website design freelancer explained to Matt that new website hosting would be needed to make a custom website.  Therefore, he chose to go with BsnTech Networks for hosting because of our mirrored web hosting, hosting stored on solid state drives (SSDs) making websites load very quickly, and the automated backups.

The website for Just 4 Play Games is under construction currently and will be available at just4playgames.com once completed.

Lloyd, co-owner of Fragrant Orchids, contacted us a few days ago in regards to website hosting and website maintenance services.  He had informed us that the website maintainer he used for years had retired and needed a new person to take over.

BsnTech Networks was happy to help.  Overall, Lloyd has a total of five different websites which he will transfer over to us in time – two in November and three in December.

In order to assist Lloyd with the transition, we worked him for a couple of hours last night in order to remotely setup their two computers – a Mac and a PC – with their e-mail accounts. Ensuring that our customers have a seamless transition during these times is very important.

We look forward to working with Lloyd for several years as we manage his websites!

Glenn, the owner of The Body Therapy Center, had a web designer create him a website a while ago.  Unfortunately, something happened to the web designer and his website was taken offline since the hosting was not renewed.

Glenn had discovered the “Wayback Machine” – which is a website that indexes and keeps copies of websites.  Once he provided that detail to us, he asked us to copy his previous website and put it into a content management system (CMS) that would allow him to access a page editor to make changes himself.

Within less than 48 hours, we had his entire website set back up and active for his customers! We were able to retrieve the needed material from the Wayback Machine to re-create the site.

Glenn was very happy with how quickly we worked and the fact that we were able to duplicate the website exactly how it was before.

Mandy contacted BsnTech Networks a couple of weeks ago needing some help with her website.  Her website is hosted at GoDaddy.  She got a notice from GoDaddy that they were shutting her site down because her database was too large.

Luckily, GoDaddy did decide to make a backup of the database and did not just outright delete it.

Mandy’s website was down for a couple of weeks until she found someone that could help her get the database optimized – which we were lucky enough to be chosen!

We worked right away on her database.  Initially, the database was over 2.5 GB large – VERY large database for a WordPress site!  That was because of over 250,000 comments (most were spam), a BuddyPress install that allowed a lot of profiles to be made, and a statistics plugin that contributed to well over half of the database size.

Once we removed the materials from the database, we got it down to about 125 MB – well within the limits of the database sizes at GoDaddy.

The new database has been restored and Mandy is now able to go in and start removing the plugins and disable comments on her site.
