BsnTech Networks received an order a few weeks ago from Alissa, owner of BiCoastal Beauty Concepts.  She requested that we provide a full range of services for her – including two logo designs, website design, website hosting, and domain name management.

Our logo designer quickly made the two logos that she requested and she was so pleased with them, that she paid the additional amount for the logo upgrade to a “vector” format which can be used for any purpose – including sending the logo to a professional printer to be used on posters, clothing, and more.

Alissa wanted to use the logo shown here on her website so she quickly made the payment so it could be integrated into her website.  The other logo will be taken care of at a later date when she is ready to use it for printing.

Ken contacted us last week on behalf of his organization, American Society of Healthcare Professionals.  He requested a full line of services from BsnTech – including logo design, web hosting, domain name management, and website design.

Ken’s primary goal was to get a logo designed right away although he also took care of the pre-payments for the website services as well.

In just a few days, our logo designer worked with Ken and made a logo that Ken was happy with.  It has now been completed and provided to Ken!

Younus and Mohamed, both business partners in Best Luxury Automobile, contacted me early last week in need of a website makeover.  They had another individual create a website for their business about a month ago, but they were not happy with how the site looked and how it was presented.

Younus noted that the website needed to be fully completed and done within two weeks – for which I let them know it shouldn’t be a problem depending upon how quickly I get their feedback for the work.

With that, he paid the initial pre-payments over the phone to get us started immediately on the site.

Within a few hours, BsnTech already had a design setup and ready for their information.  We worked closely with Mohamed through many phone conversations to get the site perfected to his standard.

Upon completing the English side of the site, they also noted that they needed to have everything translated into Arabic.  Upon getting the translations, we put this other side to the site together.

In just under two weeks, the site was completely ready and polished.  The site just went live yesterday – about three days before their deadline.

BsnTech Networks was contacted by Peter, owner of Verity Drug Screening, about a month ago in regards to website services.  Unfortunately, he had a website with another provider but it was time for him to renewal the annual fee for keeping the site.  Their fee was very high and he was not going to pay it.  Worse yet, the web designer told him that he did not own the website and therefore could not maintain a copy of it.

Instead, he had us provide him a new website, web hosting, and domain name management services – all for about the same cost as the renewal fee.  After the site is designed, his renewal fee (which is just hosting and a domain name renwal) will be about 1/4 less than what he would have otherwise paid.

We worked with Peter to get the details and information for his website and worked as quick as he sent us the info.  Just today, he has approved of the website and it is now launched!

BsnTech Networks was contacted by David, owner of Pythagoras Playground, late last week asking for some website help.

He setup a WordPress website at another hosting provider but needed some help doing several items to the site.  Upon gathering the details, he asked us to do the following:

• Change the font and remove some text in the sub-header
• Change the font of the entire website
• Setup a slideshow on the home page
• Install and configure eCommerce capabilities that integrate with PayPal
• Setup and configure seven products

Upon obtaining the required info and logins to get started, we had all of his requested items done within two days.  The eCommerce configuration took a few days to fully get completed as we had to setup the tax and shipping rates.

BsnTech Networks was contacted by Jerry late last week.  He originally had another website, but GoDaddy had completely deleted his website when he didn’t renew the hosting in a timely fashion.  Luckily, he had a copy of an older website that he had and was able to at least get a site running for his business.

However, the website needed to have some modifications and changes done to it – namely a change in the e-mail address on each page, a contact form that was not working, and a few other text changes.

BsnTech worked quickly and had all of his requested updates done within about 12 hours of receiving the login information to his hosting account.  We fully setup the programming for the contact form and tested it to ensure it was working properly.

Tim, the owner of Dakota-Steel, LLC, contacted us several months ago asking about website design and related services.

After a few months, he was ready to get started with his website.  Over the course of a couple of weeks, we got his website fully finished.  He provided us some examples of other websites in the same industry and requested that we setup his website similarly to those.

Tim has approved of the work that we did for him and plans on having us help him with advertising and marketing the site – either through pay per click (PPC) advertising or through our SEO services.

Teresa contacted us this morning in need of some emergency assistance for their organization.  Upon calling her, she informed us that their IT individual that was a volunteer worker in their organization was leaving and was “disgruntled”.

In the communications with that individual, the person noted that the domain name, website, and e-mail accounts that they had would all be terminated since they had originally paid for them (and was tied to their personal accounts).

Because of this, Teresa needed some immediate assistance to take a backup copy of the website, get new e-mail accounts setup, new hosting, and a new domain name.

Immediately after speaking with Teresa, BsnTech Networks acted quickly to ensure we got a copy of the website before it was removed.

We then made some very slight modifications to the site to ensure the e-mail address was updated to their new e-mail accounts, got the domain name registered, setup the web hosting, and created their e-mail accounts.

Within less than an hour after our conversation, Teresa was 100% fully up and running with a completely new set of services that they own and now control themselves to ensure that this doesn’t happen to their organization again.

Monty had contacted us a few months back getting some pricing details to create an eCommerce store, Sports Collectors Galaxy.  He sells thousands of sports cards on eBay currently – but wanted to also branch out and make his own eCommerce web store to save the cost on some fees and to put his collection on.

Eventually, Monty notes that he will have millions of sports cards available for purchase on his website.

Once Monty was ready to get started, we got to work right away and had his website completed within just a week!  He chose us as his full-service website provider and also had us register and manage his domain name and provide the website hosting.

He also chose some additional functionality – such as the ability to import all of his product names, prices, and quantities from a “CSV” file.  With as many cards as Monty has, it would have been too time consuming to use the website system to create the products.  By using the import utility, he can import a large file that would take substantially less time to add.

We appreciate the business from Monty and he has already let us know that there will be at least two other individuals he knows that will want a website similar to his.  He just wanted to confirm that we were reputable and easy to work with before passing along his referrals to us.

Steve contacted us in regards to getting a website made for his home inspection business a few months back.  Jodi, his wife, had us create a website for her property development near Sedona a couple months prior and was very happy with the service and the results of how her website turned out.  Therefore, she referred her husband and his business – First Alert Home Inspections – to us to create a basic website for his needs.

Upon getting the information from Steve, we got to work on his website design quickly.  He made use of our $75 website design special and had us create a basic, information three-page website with no additional features.
