Dr. Tom Boch contacted us last week in regards to getting a very basic website setup for his chiropractic practice.

Tom provided us the material that he wanted on the site and gave us a color scheme.  He also referenced his son’s website – since he was in the business.  When we looked at his son’s website, there wasn’t any kind of styling to it – was just a site with links across the top, a few pictures, and some text.

We created a website for Tom that has minimal functionality – but also is clear and concise that was within his initial startup budget.

Cleveland contacted us last week in regards to having a website made for his new church that he was starting – Hebrew Christian Church.

Cleveland’s budget was pretty minimal, so we explained to him that we could start off with a basic website and then increase the capabilities and functionality of the site down the road.  He agreed that this was the best option to at least get a website started for his church.

He also noted that they needed to have a professional logo designed that they could use on any kind of printed materials.  He gave us a rough sketch of what he wanted.  Our graphic designer completed this logo perfectly to Cleveland’s expectations a few days ago.

We have now completed his website and it is launched and ready to go!  Cleveland stated in an e-mail to us:

“Thank you so much. You have been so gracious with us and so patient. We greatly appreciate all of the changes that you have done for us. Everything looks great. We will definitely tell everyone about your services. It has been a learning experience for us. When we contact you about adding more we will try to have our ducks in line. Parrish contacted us several weeks back inquiring about website design services.  He was looking to get an online presence completed for his t-shirt printing business based in Memphis, TN.

After we provided all of the different cost details that were associated with a website, he decided which features and functionality that he needed based on his budget.

Upon getting the list of materials from him, we got to work on his website over the weekend.  We then followed-up with a phone call late last night to add the final items to the site that he requested.

At this point, we have now turned over the site to Parrish so he can add pictures into his slideshow and add some of the page content to his other pages.  He was more concerned about getting the website launched for people to see – and then he could add other materials later.

Earlier this week, Cleveland contacted us in regards to getting a basic website designed for his church along with a logo design.  While the work on the website is still ongoing, our graphic designer has completed his logo.

Cleveland was very pleased with the outcome of the logo and noted in an e-mail that the logo was exactly what they were looking for.

We hope to have Cleveland’s website done this week as we put a few more minor touches on it.

Richard got in touch with us a few weeks back in regards to his interest in having a personal website designed.  Richard provides musical instruction and mentoring services to church choirs and also has events each year.

We worked with Richard to get a copy of his logo, his biography, and the information regarding his upcoming event in July and put everything together.  We also created a registration form, setup PayPal integration for the form, and even made a page that has several videos that he provided us.

Anna contacted us a couple of weeks ago in regards to building a website for their taxi business.  During discussions, she also mentioned they had another website that was setup to sell a book that her husband created, The Dawkins Delusion Exposed.  They had another web designer create the website several years ago – but the payment integration never worked.  When someone chose to purchase the eBook, they could pay via PayPal but they never received the downloaded copy.  In addition, when someone chose to try and purchase a paperback copy, it didn’t work at all.

Before Anna had us start on the taxi site (since they are still getting their information together), they wanted me to fix the PayPal integration issues with that site.

Now when someone purchases the eBook, they will get an e-mail upon payment that has the eBook attached.  In addition, the payment for the paperback was also fixed so that it pays Anna whenever it is purchased.

BsnTech Networks has just fully completed the website design for Sid, representative of We Know Hospital Pharmacy.

Sid got busy and was unable to provide us the final list of updates to his site until today, otherwise his site would have been done very soon after his initial order was placed.

Sid provided us an example of a website that he wanted his site to look like and therefore completed his site based on that example.

Rick and Christina contacted BsnTech Networks a few weeks back in regards to making some changes on their website.  Upon completing those changes, they were exceptionally impressed with the speed of the items that were done on their website.

We gave them a pitch about our website hosting services and they wanted to know more.  They sent several questions to us regarding our hosting services – in which replied in a very methodical order.  In their reply back, Christina noted in the e-mail that Rick said “Take this as I mean it, but I love this man“.  This quote was because they sent us a list of 10+ questions and when our reply was sent, they were ordered in an easy to understand manner that was fully complete with details.

Today, Christina gave us the go-ahead for the website hosting and we got their website transferred over from their previous provider – InMotion Hosting – which was more expensive than our hosting services.

In the end, we made a great impression on Christina and Rick and are very glad that they chose us for their website hosting.  Not only is our web hosting cost less expensive, our hosting is also more reliable on the base that it is mirrored between two redundant servers in two different locations.

BsnTech Networks was contacted by Saavi, owner of Bonkerz Party Zone.  She had a new website created from another designer, but problems remained after the website was completed.  In addition, there were some things that she wanted to have removed or added to the site that she was unable to do.

Upon getting the full list of details for the updates, we got started right away on the site and had all of the changes done within 24 hours of receiving the information.

BsnTech Networks received an inquiry from Brenda Thurston – yesterday – regarding help with website design services.

When we called her back in the evening, she explained her situation.

She had a domain name that she got through WordPress with a website.  However, she had two other WordPress sites that she setup – one for her dog sitting business – and one for a personal blog.

She was very confused about what she had done – but essentially, she wanted to have just one website with everything on it that worked under her domain name.

Upon getting the list of items from her that she wanted, we explained the difference between using the free WordPress site versus having one that could be customized to her liking that is hosted with us.

After she agreed upon having us host the site, we got to work quickly to make her website.  Her color scheme was done along with all of the material from her other three WordPress sites.

Today, she approved of the site and was ready to take it live!  We have already initiated the domain name transfer and we will be managing that on Brenda’s behalf.
