AngelKay, co-owner of Brazilian Hair Dollz, contacted us late last week asking to have an eCommerce website created.  She wanted to have the ability to sell different types and styles of hair on a website and take online payments.

Upon the initial payment being received, she quickly sent us everything that was needed for the website.  That included the product info, shipping info, pricing, pages that she wanted, and more.

We worked right away to get a site up and running for her – and within 24 hours, we had the majority of her website completely up and running.

Since it was Easter weekend, communications were a little slower but we still gave her a call late on Sunday to finalize some details, which were completed on Monday (today).

AngelKay was extremely pleased with our efficiency and the fact that we called and explained everything very thoroughly to her over the phone as to what to expect.  She has already let us know that there is another website that she will most likely have us start on for a colleague of hers within a week or two.

Keith, a representative working on behalf of Bavarian Almond Shoppe, contacted us Tuesday this week in desparate need of some help to get a website finished up.

Keith was building a website for Bavarian Almond Shoppe and the owner was scheduled to drive a few hours to meet him on Thursday (yesterday) to see the completed website and go over how to manage it.

Unfortunately, Keith was having some issues with several aspects of the website and needed to have the items fixed quickly.

Upon getting the full list of things that needed to be done, we got to work immediately on the site and met the deadline with an extra day to spare.  Keith needed us to help with these matters:

1. Remove the ability for comments to be posted except for on a Testimonials page
2. Remove the sidebar on the left side of all of the pages
3. Fix some of the HTML formatting on the About Us page
4. Get the form on the Contact page to function and send e-mails properly
5. Setup the site to use an SSL certificate for the Checkout page
6. Integrate the payment gateway and get it configured so orders could be placed
7. Setup shipping rates for product orders

The majority of all the requested changes were done within an hour or two from our phone coversation while the payment gateway took a little bit of investigative work to get fully configured and tested.

In the end, Keith was very happy with our response and how quickly we got things done on the website.

Jodi, a realtor out of Sedona, AZ, contacted us a few months ago in regards to getting a website made to help market available lots and properties at a property development near Cottonwood, AZ.  This property development is called Quail Canyon.

Jodi paid the pre-payments right away, but had put the project on hold for a couple of months.  Just about a week ago, she was ready to get started on the site.

We worked closely with Jodi to get all of the pictures added to the site plus all of the documents and PDF files.  Upon getting everything done, we went through several rounds of small changes and modifications to the website.

Jodi now has approved of the website that we made for her, and was ready for it to go live.  So it just went live today!

Mark, an agent on behalf of Brookfield Property Management in Memphis TN, contacted us about getting a website created so he could list homes for rent on a website.

Upon getting the details from Mark, we got started on the site right away.  The website features our real estate listings system, an online application, and website stats so they can monitor traffic on their website.

After spending some time getting the online application perfected and tweaking the real estate management system, we turned over the website to Mark so he could start adding the listings to the website.

We appreciate the opportunity to create a property management website for Mark that gives him the ability to list available properties for rent.

Joseph, a representative of Black Henna Kits / Black Henna USA, contacted us a couple of weeks ago in need for someone to take their current websites and move them from their hosting provider to a new hosting provider.  Joseph noted that they had two very simple websites, but their web hosting provider informed them that they were using over their allotted bandwidth and need to either get the site under control or move to another provider.

Based on the response that Joseph received from the hosting provider, they wanted to just move the sites.

When we spoke with Joseph, he didn’t realize that we offered website hosting and e-mail hosting services on our mirrored servers.  After we informed him of this – and of our pricing, he wanted to move the services over to us.  He said that not only were we cheaper than some other providers he looked at, he was happy that we called him back very quickly and we are responsive to e-mail communications.

Joseph said he would speak to the owner of the business regarding our proposal and would be in touch.

Less than a day later, he was ready to move forward.  We were able to get the websites transferred over within an hour after the initial payments for website hosting was done.  We also got all of the e-mail addresses setup quickly that they needed.

One issue that we ran into was the other hosting provider’s slow response to requesting the domain name transfer.  The other hosting provider promptly shut off their website but failed to provide us a timely resolution on obtaining the domain names.  After getting everything worked out, we now have both websites taken care of for Joseph along with managing the domain names on their behalf.

Rick contacted us on behalf of the owner of Blue Skies Aviation Services, Steve.  Rick was responsible for finding a website designer and getting a website made for their business.

After getting the details and obtaining the initial payment to start on the site, we started on the Blue Skies Aviation Services website right away.

Upon us publishing another website – GR Lawn Service, Rick noted that he really liked how that site was setup and asked us to change the design of their site to look similar to the GR Lawn Service site.

Again, we had that update done within 24 hours and then changed out some text and setup some other features to the site that Rick requested.

The site is now completed and they are happy with the finished product – just in time for a convention they are attending tomorrow!

Kyle from Keys Books, an accounting company in San Antonio TX, contacted us needing some very specific help with their website.

Kyle got the WordPress package through another hosting company and didn’t like how the theme looked.  With that being said, he told us to only change some of the colors and the stylings of the site – but not do any actual content since they would take care of that themselves.

Upon getting the credentials from Kyle, we promptly started on the specific changes that Kyle requested and got them done the same day.

BsnTech Networks received an inquiry frm Anubis, owner of Anubis Athletics, just about a week ago.

Upon the initial payment being received, our logo designer worked quickly to create the initial draft for Anubis.  It was sent out within the week.  A few small changes later, the logo was completed and accepted by Anubis.

We appreciate the business from Anubis and hope if he needs any other graphic or website services, he will contact us again.

David, the CEO of My Network Kings, contacted us yesterday in need of some items to be fixed on his website.  He said that his contact form wasn’t working and that he wanted a new picture of himself added to his Bio page.  Along with that, he asked about any other recommendations we had.

Upon looking at his site, we saw that he had a large graphic below the navigation area of his site – and a huge area of white space above it.  Therefore, we recommended to have that graphic moved above the navigation area, which he approved.

We completed the work very late last night to ensure that it was done in a timely fashion for him, and he was very thankful of our attention to it.

However, he still continued to have problems with his contact form – he was not receiving the e-mails.

We tested the contact form and everything was working fine with it when the messages were sent to our e-mail account, but he still wouldn’t receive any messages sent to his account.

He called GoDaddy – his hosting proivder – and they told him it was his website and nothing with their service.  Unfortunately, this was not the case, because the messages were being sent from his website to us successfully – just not to his account.

Fed up, David decided to have us host and manage his website.  Upon getting the order, we worked very quickly to make a backup of his website at GoDaddy, copied it over to our systems, and transferred the domain name over to us for management.  His two e-mail accounts were then setup as well.

Upon completing the move, we tested his contact form again.  What do you know?  He got the e-mail right away!  That shows that it was indeed a problem with his e-mail or website hosting at GoDaddy and the problem was resolved upon transferring to us.

John, the owner of Volpe Construction Services, contacted us in need of our website services – including website hosting, domain name, and a website design.

After obtaining the info from him on how he wanted the website to look along with the pictures and text, we started on the site right away.  Within 48 hours of starting the site, we had completed the site to his satisfaction.

John sent an e-mail saying “Wow, two thumbs up!”.
