Website Design Assistance For Keys Books

Keys BooksKyle from Keys Books, an accounting company in San Antonio TX, contacted us needing some very specific help with their website.

Kyle got the WordPress package through another hosting company and didn’t like how the theme looked.  With that being said, he told us to only change some of the colors and the stylings of the site – but not do any actual content since they would take care of that themselves.

Upon getting the credentials from Kyle, we promptly started on the specific changes that Kyle requested and got them done the same day.

We appreciate the business from Kyle and hope that if he needs any other assistance with his website that he will contact us.

Website and E-Mail Hosting For My Network Kings

My Network KingsDavid, the CEO of My Network Kings, contacted us yesterday in need of some items to be fixed on his website.  He said that his contact form wasn’t working and that he wanted a new picture of himself added to his Bio page.  Along with that, he asked about any other recommendations we had.

Upon looking at his site, we saw that he had a large graphic below the navigation area of his site – and a huge area of white space above it.  Therefore, we recommended to have that graphic moved above the navigation area, which he approved.

We completed the work very late last night to ensure that it was done in a timely fashion for him, and he was very thankful of our attention to it.

However, he still continued to have problems with his contact form – he was not receiving the e-mails.

We tested the contact form and everything was working fine with it when the messages were sent to our e-mail account, but he still wouldn’t receive any messages sent to his account.

He called GoDaddy – his hosting proivder – and they told him it was his website and nothing with their service.  Unfortunately, this was not the case, because the messages were being sent from his website to us successfully – just not to his account.

Fed up, David decided to have us host and manage his website.  Upon getting the order, we worked very quickly to make a backup of his website at GoDaddy, copied it over to our systems, and transferred the domain name over to us for management.  His two e-mail accounts were then setup as well.

Upon completing the move, we tested his contact form again.  What do you know?  He got the e-mail right away!  That shows that it was indeed a problem with his e-mail or website hosting at GoDaddy and the problem was resolved upon transferring to us.

We appreciate the business from David and look forward to a long relationship with him.

David’s website is at mynetworkkings.com.

BsnTech Networks Completes Website Design For The Road Apples

The Road ApplesDean, a musician with a band and an album that was just released, contacted BsnTech Networks a few months ago regarding the completion of a website.

Dean worked with another website designer that didn’t understand or grasp the concept that he wanted on his website.  Dean wanted to have a website where a random background image was displayed.  The other designer kept creating a website that had a slideshow with rotating images – which is not what Dean wanted.  He simply wanted a very basic website that had random background images with each page load.

The site was very simple – only two pages with some buttons.

Dean got very busy and had to work with his studio to get the album completed.  This delayed the design project by a few months.  However, we had the majority of the site done within a day after Dean paid the initial payment to get started on the site.  Upon getting the album added to CD Baby, iTunes, and Amazon, he gave us the needed codes and we finished the site up.

His website is now fully published and is ready for visitors.

Dean noted in an e-mail “There will be [more business] I guarantee it…updates and another project in the future. Seriously, you were crazy fast. Thanks!”.

We appreciate the business from Dean and look forward to other projects from him!

Dean’s website is at theroadapples.net.

Website Design For Northern Star Charters & Tours

Northern Star Charters and ToursToni, a current customer of BsnTech Networks, has been very happy with the services that we have provided to her over the past few years.  Therefore, she referred one of her good friends, James to us.

In the end, he decided on a feature-rich website that included a contact form, social networking integration, a slideshow, and a few others.  He also has us managing his website hosting and domain name as well.

We worked with James over the course of a week to ensure the website provided the right information to potential customers – and we have just published his site to make it live!

We appreciate the referral from Toni and the ability to serve James with his website service request.

Stations Salon & Beauty BarRoshanna, the owner of a new start-up near Lees Summit, MO, contacted us a couple of weeks ago.  She is starting a salon and beauty bar business which allow stylists to be their own boss and run their own business.  Something different from the typical salon.

We got to work right away on Roshanna’s site and had all of her content loaded and pictures added within 48 hours of receiving the information.  Due to some family issues, she then had to divert her attention for a couple of weeks away from the website.

Roshanna then contacted us last night and worked with us over the phone to polish up the site and make the final changes that she wanted on the site – and today the site is now published!

Lawn Service Website Design For GR Lawn Service, LLC

GR Lawn Service, LLCGeorge contacted us on Saturday – just five days ago – in regards to getting a website designed for his lawn care service, GR Lawn Service LLC.  He noted that over a year ago, he got a domain name registered and contacted another designer to make the site.

The other designer then sent him screen shots of how the site looked and George was happy with the design.  Unfortunately, the designer then disappeared and didn’t fully complete the project.

To make matters worse, his main domain name – grlawnservicellc.com – had expired just about ten days prior to us starting on the site and would have cost George more to get it renewed through another domain name provider.  Therefore, we were able to find a new domain name – which was shorter than the previous domain name – and took care of it for George.

Since the beginning of the mowing season was just getting ready to start, George wanted to see that website come to life.  He provided us with the screen shots of the pages.  We then worked right away and had the first draft of the site done on Monday.

A couple of changes and updates and George approved of his website!

George noted in an e-mail to us, “Thank you for making it easy. I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat.“.

We appreciate the business from George and look forward to a long relationship with him as we manage his domain name and website hosting as well!

GR Lawn Service, LLC’s website is at grlawnservice.com.
