David reached out to us at the end of March looking at options for marketing his mid-term rentals. David owns four townhomes on a city block in Savannah GA and wanted to create a website to market them for healthcare rentals and mid-term rentals.
After a conversation with him to understand the business, we also spoke with one of his other renters that rented one of his units in the past. She also provided some feedback on what healthcare professionals are looking for along with positive comments about how David takes care of the rentals and furnishes them very well.
The website is not fully completed at this time – there are two more townhomes that need photo shoots completed. However, David wanted to have the site available to be seen while those other photos will be coming in the future.
